Extreme Live Box launches real casino action online

Extreme Live Box – the first truly integrated live solution to provide a table gaming feed directly
from the casino floor – has launched at Casino ADMIRAL Gibraltar, integrating live Roulette
into an online and mobile setting. This new technology enables land-based casinos to extend
their tables online and allow players to interact with a real casino on any device.

Developed by Extreme Live Gaming, part of NOVOMATIC Interactive, the Live Box is an innovative solution that combines landbased and online gaming in a unique new way. Bets can be placed from any location – regulation permitted – on the same game and at the same time as players inside the venue. Players are transported to the heart of the casino floor and join the gaming action while experiencing the live ambiance and sounds of the venue.

It works via a discreet setup on a gaming table – currently Roulette – and the Live Box software combines game data between land-based and online environments. A dealer module shows when players are active and displays real-time instructions on when to spin the wheel. This, in turn, syncs the game, optimizes play across platforms and minimizes any downtime.
Live Box leverages untapped revenue opportunities for casinos into new markets and maximizes the potential of existing table games and dealers.

The online game itself is feature-rich, engaging, and gives operators the option to customize the look and feel of the virtual casino, as well as localize the game with different languages and currencies. They can set bet levels, create V.I.P. tables and initiate freemium games, as well as cross-promote products and offer larger prizes through expanded liquidity pools.

Built in HTML5, the online game is optimized for a range of desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
